1. I
entered all my information during checkout, why didn't I receive an order
confirmation? Is my order being processed?
Please note: If you did not see the order confirmation
screen or you did not receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail,
your order might not have been processed. When you reach the payment page,
make sure you click on the "Process"
button, not the "Return"
button. The "Return" button
will return you to our homepage.
2. I like one of your designs, but
may I make some modifications to it?
If it is a minor change that you are requesting, you can describe
the changes. Otherwise, you have to make a detail sketch of your request.
Most of our styles can be combined to make a new pair of shoes. For sandals,
you can define strap thinness and strapping styles. Modifying our design
may incur extra design fees.
3. I found a color in your color table. May I use this color on the shoes I want to order?
You may choose ANY COLOR for ANY STYLE. Just place your order online. We will e-mail you if your selected color is not available.
4. I did not see a picture of my desired shoes in the color I like. Does this mean it is not available in that color?
All styles are available in all of the colors we listed in our color selection page. We can make over 100 different styles in 300+ different colors. It is not possible to post a picture of every pair of shoes we can make. The pictures on our website are only a small portion of what we have to offer.
5. Can you make pumps or boots in
China Standard Size 49?
For selected styles, the largest size we can make is China Standard Size 48. If a particular style is available in China Size 48, you may request for slingback. This will make the shoes feel like China Size 49. Please look at the "Your Highest Heel" chart on our "Sizing Charts" page. Sizes that are not listed or marked with "-" indicates the size is not available.
Please note: It is not recommended that you order
high heel footwear in large sizes. Steel reinforced thin heels are not
designed to withstand heavy weights. Please always walk with care when
you are wearing high heels.
6. Are there any new
designs that you are working on?
All Pumps, Sandals, and Slippers are now made with thin heels. Regular heels are discontinued.
Creating new heels and new lasts require a lot of investment. Therefore, we would like you to e-mail us your opinion. If many customers wish to purchase a particular new design, we will start the development process. We welcome all of our customers' perspective on this issue.
7. Why isn't U20SA available in
sizes smaller than China Standard Size 41?
It is impossible to make 20cm heels for sizes smaller than China Standard
Size 41. If your size is smaller than China Standard Size 41, you can
only order 16cm or 14cm heel pumps.
8. For boots, are the options
interchangeable?
Some options are universal for all boots. There might be options listed
for a particular type of boots, but not listed for others. You may still
e-mail us to ask whether
these options are available for your desired boots.
9. I see a wonderful design,
but the heel height I want is not listed. Can you make it for me?
We can make any of our designs with 6cm (2.36"), 10cm (3.94"),
14cm (5.51"), 16cm (6.3"), and 20cm (7.87") heels. If the
heel height you want is not listed, please e-mail
us for a quote.
10. Do you use metal heel tips?
No. Our heel tips are plastic.
11. Do you have any shoes in stock
that are ready to ship immediately?
"6IHF Platform Sandals", sandals with metallic heels, shoes in the "In Stock Products" page, and specific products marked with "Now Ready for Immediate Shipping" are ready to ship immediately. All other styles are manufactured when
you place your order.
12. I sent you an e-mail but
I didn't hear back from you. Are you processing my inquiry? May I call you?
Fight SPAM: Include "6ihf Inquiry: " and the exact subject of your e-mail in the subject line. Otherwise, your e-mail might be deleted!
Incorrect e-mail, Blocked e-mail: Some customers have incorrect e-mail addresses. This makes replying impossible. Some customers' e-mails are blocked by our spam blocking
software. E-mails will be blocked if they are categorized as SPAM by our SPAM blocking software. Please always make sure that your e-mail address is working properly.

We receive hundreds of e-mails per day. Each e-mail requests for something unique. Once we have given you a quote or a reply, please include our quote and/or reply in all your future e-mails. If you do not
include our message thread, we might refuse to reply to your e-mail.
13. I placed an order. How
do I check the manufacturing and delivery status?

Parcels shipped to international destinations via EMS can be tracked at

We guarantee the arrival of your parcel. Sometimes, the delivery of your
parcel is delayed by the your country's customs or post office. If your
parcel is held at customs, you will receive a written notification from
your local customs office.
Special Note: US Customs never hold shoes.
Regular delivery to the US will arrive in 10 to 15 days (Express delivery
takes 5 to 7 days).
14. I need my order to arrive before a certain date. Can you guarantee delivery before this date?
If you need your order to arrive before a certain date, you must notify us before making your order. We will tell you whether it is possible fill your request. You also have to specify the event date on your order form.
If you do not make this request before placing your order, your order will be completed according to our FCFS (first come first served) priority sequence. You cannot request the order to be rushed after you place a regular order.
Scheduled or rush manufacturing delays our other orders. If you do not give us enough manufacturing time, we will deny your request.
15. I selected EMS or TNT shipping. Does this mean my order will be rushed?
No. Selecting EMS or TNT courier delivery will instruct us to ship via EMS or TNT. Your order is not rushed, and is placed in a FCFS priority sequence. To rush your order, you must contact us before making your order.
16. What are your factory holidays? Can I place an order during your factory holidays? How will my order be effected?
Here are our factory holidays:
1. Chinese Spring Festival - usually the last week of January till the last week of February
2. Chinese Labour Week Holiday - May 1st to May 7th
3. Chinese National Week Holiday - October 1st to October 7th
You may place your order any time during the year. However, our factory production ceases during the factory holidays. This will delay all order production. If you are not in a rush, you can place your order during our holidays. Your order will be in high priority when the factory resumes production. If you are in a rush, please contact us before placing an order.
17. Why does 6ihf keep raising the price? Why don't you offer regular shipping anymore?
We raise prices because:
1. The weak US Dollar and the strong Chinese Yuan forced us to spend 5% more money on components required for manufacturing. According to economic projections, the Chinese Yuan will rise by another 14% by the end of 2008.
2. Fuel costs are rising around the globe. This in turn effects raw material costs.
3. There is a severe shortage of skilled labour in China. It now costs a lot more to hire a qualified professional worker to make high quality products. Because our shoes are handmade, very few workers are qualified to make them.
4. We have been keeping the price of our shoes very low for 5 years. If we do not raise prices, we can no longer afford the cost of our operation.
Regular shipping is discontinued because:
1. Shipping delays are unexpected.
2. Regular airmail cannot be tracked and are not insured.
