The 6ihf online ordering system only accepts VISA or MasterCard. If you have a credit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo, you can use it to place your order online.
Please note: All of your credit card information will be verified through our fraud prevention system.
Understanding Product IDs |
| Product IDs: These are IDs that specifically define a particular type of shoes. For example, V16SA, P16004, P16CC, U20SA are Product IDs. Color IDs: These are IDs that define a specific color. For example, K011, A028 are Color IDs Other IDs: Special floral and rhinestone ornaments have Ornament IDs. For example, F23 is an Ornament ID. When you e-mail us an inquiry, you must indicate the Product ID associated with the product. If you are in the gallery, viewing a collection of shoes under the same Product ID, you must scroll to the top of the page to find the Product ID. The description under the shoes only indicates "color, material, heel height, and size" . The Product ID is at the top of the page. 6ihf shoes can be made in a wide range of sizes, colors, and heel heights. There are also many ornaments to choose from. For example, a pair of shoes can be made by selecting a design, a color, and an ornament. We will make the shoes in your size and your preferred heel height (10cm, 14cm, 16cm, or 20cm). |

![]() STEP 1: Select your desired style and heel height: For this example, "Mrs. Jane Doe" wishes to order a pair of CHC with 14cm heels. So she has to click the left second button to begin ordering. |
Note #1: In STEP 1, you might have seen a different button for different heel heights. On this page, you should select the correct heel height: |
Note #1: If you prefer rounded pointed toes, you should add this in the description box and e-mail us after you make your order. If you omit "toe shape", your order will be defaulted to "V-shaped toes". This is because V-shaped toes is on our pumps page. |
![]() STEP 4: Add another Item or Checkout: In the shopping cart, please verify the description of your shoes. If you wish to order 2 pairs of the same Product ID, you have to enter a separate order. To continue ordering, click the link "Click here to continue shopping". To checkout, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. |
![]() STEP 5: Enter shipping address and Credit Card Security Information: Enter only the shipping address in the upper part of the screen. You must provide an accurate e-mail address and phone number so we can reach you. The phone number must be provided to the courier because they must be able to contact you if delivery attempts failed. If you are sending this order as a surprise gift, you must contact us before ordering. The "Credit Card Security Information and Special Comments" section must be filled in. Use only commas, do not use the "Enter" key. In this example, Jane Doe has a billing address different from the shipping address. If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, you may enter "Same as Above". Please always remember to enter "The name of the bank that issued your credit card", and the "phone number printed on the back of this credit card". DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER in this box!! Click the "Proceed to Order Summary" button when you are done. |

STEP 7: The Moneris Secure Payment Server Page: This is where you enter your credit card information. Verify your data entry and submit the form when you are done. |
STEP 8: Transaction Result: If the transaction is successful, you will see an order approval page. You will also receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered in STEP 5. We recommend that you print and save the "order approval page" and the "order confirmation e-mail" for your records. NOTE #1: If you do not see an order approval page or if you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, your order might have been declined. |
