The actual lift of the heels is 12cm, making your legs look very sexy and elongated. Before wearing, please pre-stretch your calf muscles for the 12cm heel lift. Please order the size you normally wear. The booties are very snug around the arch, but the material will stretch over time. If you order a larger size, there will be a gap between your heel and the heel counter. For wide foot, wide arch, or high arch, please order a larger size and place inserts where necessary.
