If you did not see the order confirmation screen or you did not receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail, your order might not have been processed. When you reach the payment page, make sure you click on the "Process" button, not the "Return" button. The "Return" button will return you to our homepage.

We are a very reputable company. We find joy in providing top quality products that are not available elsewhere. We love high heels and so do you. This is why we are in this business. It is impossible for us to take money, but not deliver the products. We find it morally unjust and we are incapable of performing such an act. When your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a notification e-mail, telling you the tracking number of your item. If you wish to obtain an update about your order, we are more than happy to assist you.

2. I like one of your designs, but may I make some modifications to it?

If it is a minor change that you are requesting, you can describe the changes. Otherwise, you have to make a detail sketch of your request. Most of our styles can be combined to make a new pair of shoes. Modifying our design may incur extra design fees.


3. I found a color in your color table. May I use this color on the shoes I want to order?

You may choose ANY COLOR for ANY STYLE. Just place your order online. We will e-mail you if your selected color is not available.


4. I did not see a picture of my desired shoes in the color I like. Does this mean it is not available in that color?

All styles are available in all of the colors we listed in our color selection page. We can make over 100 different styles in 100+ different colors. It is not possible to post a picture of every pair of shoes we can make. The pictures on our website are only a small portion of what we have to offer.


5. What is the largest size you make for pumps or boots?

For selected styles, the largest size we can make is US Womens Size 14 (China Size 48). If you request for a width increase and a slingback, the shoes may fit half size larger. Please click the "Sizing" link and view the "Your Actual Heel Height" chart. Sizes that are not listed or marked with "-" indicates the size is not available.

Please note: Steel reinforced thin heels are not designed to withstand heavy weights. Please always walk with care when you are wearing high heels.


6. Do you have low heel designs? Are you working on new designs? Do you still make Stainless Steel High Heels?

Almost all of our designs can be made in different heel heights. We do not restrict our designs to any particular heel height. The Product IDs are used to facilitate the classification of our shoes. If you find something you like, there is a high chance we can make it with lower heels (4 inches).

Creating new heels and new lasts require a lot of investment. Therefore, we would like you to contact us to provide your opinion. If many customers wish to purchase a particular new design, we will start the development process. We welcome all of our customers' perspective on this issue.

We no longer make stainless steel high heels. Steel products are not meant to be produced one unique item at a time. The style, heel height, and size options create too many variables for production. Each pair of stainless steel high heels takes too many days to manufacture, while the verification and correction process is also painstaking. To upgrade the production process, a guaranteed order volume needs to be reached and a much higher selling price must be instated. Due to the fact that higher prices will drive away potential customers, it is our final decision to cease its production.


7. What is the smallest size for U20SA?

Currently, the smallest size for U20SA is US Womens Size 6 (China Size 36).


8. For boots, are the options interchangeable?

Some options are universal for all boots. There might be options listed for a particular type of boots, but not listed for others. You may still contact us to ask whether these options are available for your desired boots.


9. I see a wonderful design, but the heel height I want is not listed. Can you make it for me?

Please click on "Sizing" to view heel height options. You may contact us for a quote.


10. Do you use metal heel tips?

No. Our heel tips are plastic.


11. Do you have any shoes in stock that are ready to ship immediately?

Shoes on the "IN STOCK" page, and specific products marked with "Immediate Shipping" are ready to ship immediately. All other styles are manufactured when you place your order.


12. I sent you an e-mail but I didn't hear back from you. Are you processing my inquiry? May I call you?

13. I placed an order. How do I check the manufacturing and delivery status?

Please contact us to check the status of your order. Remember to indicate the receiver's name, the date of your order, and the product(s) you ordered.

Parcels shipped to the US via registered airmail can be tracked at http://www.usps.com . USPS usually records the delivery status only after the parcel is successfully delivered. To Canada, visit Canada Post . To the UK, visit Royal Mail, UK Post Office, or UK Parcelforce

Parcels shipped to international destinations via EMS can be tracked at http://www.ems.com.cn .

We guarantee the arrival of your parcel. Sometimes, the delivery of your parcel is delayed by the your country's customs or post office. If your parcel is held at customs, you will receive a written notification from your local customs office.
Special Note: US Customs never hold shoes. Regular delivery to the US will arrive in 10 to 15 days (Express delivery takes 5 to 7 days).


14. I need my order to arrive before a certain date. Can you guarantee delivery before this date?

If you need your order to arrive before a certain date, you must notify us before placing your order. We will tell you whether it is possible to fill your request. We will do our best to manufacture and deliver the item. However, the arrival date is not guaranteed.

If you do not make this request before placing your order, your order will be completed according to our FCFS (first come first served) priority sequence. You cannot request the order to be rushed after you place a regular order.

Scheduled or Rush order causes our regular orders to be delayed. If you do not give us enough manufacturing time, we will not accept your request.


15. I selected TNT or DHL shipping. Does this mean my order will be rushed?

No. Selecting TNT or DHL courier delivery will instruct us to ship via TNT or DHL. Your order is not rushed, and is placed in a first-come-first-served priority sequence. To rush your order, you must contact us before making your order.


16. What are your factory holidays? Can I place an order during your factory holidays? How will my order be affected?

We are open Saturdays and Sundays except factory holidays. Here is our holiday schedule:
1. Spring Festival - A 14-day holiday in January or February
2. May Holiday - First Week of May
3. October Holiday - First Week of October

You may place your order any time during the year. Shipping ceases during the holidays. This will delay orders from being sent. If you are not in a rush, you can place your order during our holidays. Your order will be shipped when the holiday ends. If you are in a rush, please contact us before placing an order.


17. Why do prices fluctuate? I found similar products elsewhere, but priced lower. Does this mean you outsource your production? Why don't you offer regular shipping anymore?

Our products are handmade using the highest quality material and best skilled labour. Because our products are handmade, very few workers are qualified to make them. There is a severe shortage of skilled labour. It now costs a lot more to hire a qualified professional worker to make high quality products. Price fluctuation is caused by hikes in material, shipping, and labour fees.

We are the only manufacturer of our products. We do not source our shoes from other companies. If you found a similar item elsewhere, but priced lower, you might have found a copy of our products. Copies are entities that have no relations to us. Buyers please beware.
Regular shipping is discontinued because:
1. Shipping delays are unexpected.
2. Regular airmail cannot be tracked and are not insured.
