Finalized Order Form

No matter how you discuss your order with us, your Finalized Order Form is the final contract that we abide to.
We make your order according to the Finalized Order Form. If, for any reason, the Finalized Order Form does not display what you wish to order, you must contact us immediately to correct the error.
It is your responsibility to check the Finalized Order Form immediately after you receive it and report errors and omissions within 24 hours.
After this time, your order cannot be changed.
When ordering online, the Finalized Order Form is the confirmation e-mail you receive after you make your payment. When ordering by money transfer, the Finalized Order Form is the quote we e-mailed you. It contains your order details, price, and delivery address. |

Please think thoroughly before placing your order. Once your order is submitted, you cannot cancel your order.
Please follow our sizing instructions carefully before placing your order. All of our shoes are made-to-order. They are handmade according to your specifications. We will not issue a refund under any circumstance. |
Exchanges
|
Size exchange must be done within 10 days after receiving the shoes.
To qualify for a size exchange, all footwear must be in their clean, original, unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition. 1. Customer pays for returning the original shoes to us. (Please DO NOT use courier. Use First Class Mail or Regular Airmail). 2. Customer pays the exchange fee according to the following categories: a) Purchase price > $160, exchange fee: 50% of the purchase price b) $80 < Purchase price < $160, exchange fee: $80 c) Purchase price < $80, exchange fee: Purchase price d) Special Options: If your shoes need to be remade using same or other optional features, the fees corresponding to each option will be added. 3. We pay for shipping the shoes back to the customer. 4. Unqualified Exchanges (the shoes cannot be returned under the following circumstances): a) If the shoes returned is not in its clean, original, unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition. b) If the customer does not like the shoes due to style, colour, heel height, or other reasons. c) If the customer purposely damages the shoes for filming, hobby, or other purposes. d) If the customer modifies the shoes in any way. e) If the customer makes a claim 11 days after receiving the shoes. 5. Defective Shoes: We guarantee our shoes are without manufacturing defects. To submit a claim, customer needs to provide pictures indicating the defect within 10 days after receiving shoes. If the claim is accepted, the customer pays the shipping fee and exchange fee. The costs will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a store credit. Exchange for Shoes IN STOCK are only permitted if the size and color is available. |

We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from the wear or other uses of the shoes and boots we sell to our customers.
The stiletto high heel shoes and boots we make are of premium quality. Super high heels are made for very experienced high heel wearers and for photo shoots. If you are not an experienced high heel wearer, please select a lower heel height when you place your order. |
1. Shoes with standard features can be ordered by clicking the shopping cart picture corresponding to the product. If you wish to order shoes with additional features, you need to contact us to discuss your order. Give us as many details as possible. Our customer representatives are standing by to answer your questions.
2. Set your e-mail client to include all correspondence when you reply to our e-mail. This will automatically record our conversation. 3. We will send you a finalized order with a quote. You may then make your payment using one of the payment options below. 4. The foot and leg measurement chart is required when you order boots. 5. In Stock Items are shipped from Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA. If an item is out of stock, back order may take 2 weeks. Custom orders and back orders can be shipped from CANADA or CHINA. If you like, you may pickup your order at our store in Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA. |
EMS Worldwide: $25/pair for most countries. Service to regular addresses and P.O. Boxes. In Stock Products are shipped by Regular Airmail. EMS Worldwide and Regular Airmail are handled by local post offices when they arrive in the destination country. Currently, EMS does not deliver to The Netherlands, Italy, and Germany. We will contact you if extra shipping fee is required. TNT or FedEx Worldwide: $25/pair for most countries. Items sent to The Netherlands and Italy is by TNT only. Service to regular addresses only (No P.O. Boxes: Please register a private mailbox service with a suite number and street address). We will contact you if extra shipping fee is required. DHL or UPS Worldwide: $25/pair for most countries. Items sent to Germany is by DHL only. Service to regular addresses only (No P.O. Special Notes: Time to Arrival: The estimated manufacturing time is indicated for each item. Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks. There is currently no production delays. Return to Sender Fee: If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, you need to pay the full shipping fee for re-sending the shoes to you. The full shipping fee is $10 higher than the regular shipping fee. Other Courier Options: UPS or FedEx 3 Day Select is available for in stock items. Please ask for a quote.
